In accordance with the information stated in the strategic document "e-Europe, an Information Society for All", our wish is that everybody, regardless of their difficulties accessing information (a physical or sensory handicap or overcoming technological barriers), can consult our pages. We have followed the recommendations of the WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) to ensure this access.
Keyboard shortcuts
A series of keyboard shortcuts has been designed to access the most popular links more quickly. The keys defined are always used in conjunction with the left alt key and only work with Internet Explorer navigator.
All combination of letters in Catalan, Spanish and English that may cause problems with the programming of the operating system, the most commonly used synthesizers and the Internet Explorer navigators have been avoided.

Increase type size
To make the texts as easy as possible to read, the type size can be modified.
On the upper right hand side of each page you will find the option "size of text", and beside this are three possibilities: medium size (11 points), large size (14 points) and maximum size (17 points).
You need only choose the size you desire once and all pages you visit will be shown in this way. This can be modified whenever you choose.
Navigation
Underneath is a guide on how the different elements of navigation work:
The logo located on the upper left hand corners link to the home page. To facilitate access at all times to any section or sub-section of this web page, drill-down menus have been used in the navigation menu and on the navigation route.
The links are highlighted when the cursor of the mouse passes over them and change color once they have been visited. The captions provide information on the icons used throughout the web.
